Dear Veggie Friends, The SF Chronicle has a new column which started on Wednesday, 2/21/07 called " The Accidental Vegetarian " - The little passion that grew. It is the first installment of a regular feature focusing on vegetarian recipes by Amanda Berne, a trained chef and food writer. She will be using " eggs, cheese, butter and the like " , however, she will follow a vegan diet for one month. Bravo – that is a start. You can write to her at food.
