Guest guest
By the way Rainbow Grocery is closed that day. Rainbow is a co-op grocery. Most non-vegetarians and Latinos don't know he's a vegetarian and animals rights lover. Every year, there's a Cesar Chavez event in SF, it would be a great place to pass out flyers to the public. I haven't heard where it's being held this year. == I personally think, to outreach the most amount of people, is thru the media: radio, movie and especially TV, etc.. (it happens to be paperless) Look how much " Peaceable Kingdom " , " Diet for a New America " , " Supersize Me " and " Fast Food Nation " have such a HUGE IMPACT on people. (the last two by the way, were movies made by non- vegetarians) They have educated SO MUCH people. -- PCRM, has made a lot of TV advertisments on how to stop childhood obesity. It's well made. == We have a long way to go. In America, less than 5% of the population are vegetarians. In SF there's 2,100 restaurants, and only 2 doz of them are vegetarian ones. ... There are a few vegetarian restaurants struggling to stay open. ==
