New Raw Food Cafe in San Mateo

Everything is raw and vegan,

 

Go check out this new classy location. In the near future, they will expand

to the Equinox gym in SF and Palo.

 

 

 

The directions are sort of funky. Map quest, gave me the wrong directions

and I got lost for an hour.

From SF

 

 

 

Take 101 S to San Mateo

 

Exit 3rd Ave, WEST

 

After ~ 3 block LEFT on Delaware

 

Next block RIGHT on 4th Ave

 

At the dead end, you’ll hit El Camino, the Café is on the left hand side

 

 

 

Address is 4 East 4th Ave

 

 

 

It is 5 blocks from Cal Train station

 

 

 

If you are familiar with the area, this is centrally located in San Mateo

shopping area

Cafe' Soulstice is open for your dining pleasure, right now. We feature an

array of items

from Soulstice's Friend's of salmon pate, pesto and marinara pizzas on a

savory spinach-

almond crust, zucchini pasta, spicy Thai salad, taco salad, soft tacos,

marinated kale salad

or creamy kale-quinoa toss, veggie burgers with BBQ sauce, creamy avocado

soup, and

our soon to be famous chocolate creme pie. Not to mention our lemon bars,

pumpkin (but

not pumpkin) creme pie, Superfood Chocolates, flax crackers, nori rolls and

so much

more. The cafe is set up deli style so you can quickly grab food to go from

our deli case,

or have a meal assembled for you to stay and dine in. We are still awaiting

our extended

bar which will face out the window onto El Camino, our brand new cash

register, product

shelves and new equipment, but don't let that keep you from tasting some of

the best raw

food you've ever tasted. Just remember we are getting better with age (at

the moment we

are only 8 weeks old). For those of you who have been missing classes by

Elaina, those will

also be a feature at Cafe' Soulstice so be on the lookout! The cafe is
