Head to your local pick-'em yourself farm or organic produce stand and whip up this easy smoothie recipe from the new cookbook I Am Grateful: Recipes & Lifestyle of Cafe Gratitude. One taste of this smoothie and you'll know what we're talking about. What you need 8 ounces almond milk 7 medium strawberries 1/4 cup dates 1/2 teaspoon vanilla A tiny pinch of salt What you do Place all ingredients in blender and add ice to the 2-cup level.
