One outlet for them, as you may know, is to send an email to: sacramento.whales. In addition, they can now call a newly established hotline. Please refer the public to this number: (916) 869-4661. Here, they can leave a voicemail that will then be checked by NOAA staff. Let's keep our fingers crossed for these endangered whales.
