Guest guest Posted July 8, 2007 Report Share Posted July 8, 2007 Recipe courtesy of Veggie Jews and Maida W Genser Holiday Berry Pie 1 graham cracker crust 3/4 cup blueberries 3/4 cup sliced strawberries 1 small banana, sliced 10.5 ounce package of lite silken tofu (firm) 1/4 cup maple syrup 4 tsp canola oil 2 tsp vanilla Pinch nutmeg Combine tofu, maple syrup, oil, vanilla and nutmeg in a blender until smooth.
