Guest guest Posted August 21, 2007 Report Share Posted August 21, 2007 Courtesy of Veggie Jews and " Maida W Genser " Black Bean Hummus modified from " Vegetarian Magic " by John Nowakowski, chef at the Regency Spa 1 can black beans, drained 1 yellow onion, cut in pieces 1 red bell pepper, cut in pieces 2 Tbs minced garlic 2 tsp ground cumin 1/ 4 tsp cayenne pepper == == == == == == == == == 1 Tbs finely chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tbs Bragg Liquid Aminos Puree first list of ingredients in a blender.
