Guest guest Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Courtesy of VeggieJews and " Maida W Genser " Peanut Tofu Sauce modified from a recipe on www.drmcdougall. com <http://www.drmcdoug all.com/> 4 sweet potatoes or yams 1 12.3 ounce package silken tofu ½ cup peanut butter 2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos 2 teaspoons Tabasco or other hot sauce Bakes the sweet potatoes at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. After the potatoes have been baking about half an hour, place the tofu in a food processor and process briefly. Add the remaining ingredients and process until very smooth.
