Guest guest Posted October 18, 2007 Report Share Posted October 18, 2007 Courtesy of VeggieJews and mi_vegn Vegetarian Kielbasa Six small or 3 large potatoes, skin left on, cut into bite sized pieces 1 jar/container of sauerkraut 1 package of veggie kielbasa, cut in pieces Cook potatoes in enough water to cover until they start to soften.
