Guest guest
For what she's doing to fish, she should see www.fishinghurts.com *For high blood pressure, she should look to other dietary supplements: e.g., calcium and magnesium, garlic, **selenium, **vit. C and E, etc. Any high fiber foods would be useful. Of course it's also important to avoid all salts, anti-histamines, rich or processed foods, animal fats, and to keep weight down, etc. Gentle exercise and meditation can also be effective. Best to do as much of this in combination as possible. Good luck to you and your friend!---Dan * help, my friend is eating more fish </message/2054;_ylc=X3oDMTJycTZvdmM4BF9TAzk3M\ zU5NzE1BGdycElkAzEwMjQ1MzA1BGdycHNwSWQDMTcwNTAxNTQ4MgRtc2dJZAMyMDU0BHNlYwNkbXNnB\ HNsawN2bXNnBHN0aW1lAzExOTQ0MjYzMjc-> Posted by: " sunny outdoors " sunny_outdoors <sunny_outdoors?Subject=%20Re%3Ahelp%2C%20my%20friend%20is%20ea\ ting%20more%20fish> sunny_outdoors <http://profiles./sunny_outdoors> Tue Nov 6, 2007 6:05 pm (PST) To reduce high blood pressure. There's writeups out there that say, eating fish will reduce your blood pressure. Pills are not helping her.... she is cutting down on fatty meat but she hasn't complete eliminated meat from her diet. She of course won't go vegan and sick and tired of me lecturing her. Are there any scientific literature out there for her? Janet T. lent me Dr. McDougal's DVDs, but she won't watch it. sign, Sunny
