This full-time position is responsible for providing desktop support to 130 end-users, in a Windows 2003/XP environment. The Desktop Support Specialist assists the IT Manager with the maintenance of servers, communication systems, and copiers; conducts new-user orientations; and provides on-going training. We have a staff of 165, a budget of $13 million, 10,000 donors and a dedicated corps of more than 900 volunteers. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience with training, and the ability to resolve problems quickly.
