Saturday,March 22 noon limited seating for 8 $40 per person -how to make coconut milk -spicy lemongrass coconut soup w/ tofu and wild mushrooms -tangerine spinach salad w/ ginger dressing -how to make dumpling dough -steamed and fried wontons with different dipping sauces Reknowned vegetarian chef, Philip Gelb has his own personal chef and catering company, In The Mood for Food. He has been offering these popular classes for the last 2 years out of his loft in West Oakland. He was recently featured in the new issue of the East Bay Monthly and also in Oakbook.
