The coodinator of my veggie cooking club is eating more vegan foods after I told

him cheese has rennet (stomach) in it...and he just got a VEGAN cook book

(Millennium cook book) for XMAS!

 

so that's a positive step to go....he's eating more vegan food..!

wow, what a great idea, I never knew ONE cook book can make a big difference. I

had assume since he has a lot of cookbooks that he had at least one vegan cook

book. (I was wrong)
