We are working to save 16 quarter/pony crosses and 1 BLM mustang. Their owner's

property is in the final stages of foreclosure, and they must be moved by

month-end. If

we do not save them, they will go to the local feedlot (and then onto the

Mexican slaughter

house). There are studs, pregnant mares, and youngsters (6 mo > 2-3 yrs).

Although

they are friendly, they all appear to be untrained. Some would make nice 4-H or

children's

riding projects. (See photos & descriptions below). One urgently needs vet

care…
