Easy Vegan Dinners Cooking Class April 6 at 2 p.m.

On Sunday, April 6, at 2:00 p.m., a vegan cooking class will be

presented at the Red Victorian Peace Center, 1665 Haight St., San

Francisco. The class is entitled, " Easy Vegan Dinners You Can Make in

15 Minutes or Less. " A custom cookbook will be given to students,

and demonstrations and food samples will be shared. The presenter is

Patricia Allen Koot, N.E. (Baumann College) Tuition is $40.00 plus

$5.00 for food materials ($25.00 tuition for members of the SF

Vegetarian Society and the Bay Area Vegetarians) Space is limited.
