Guest guest
Courtesy of Dorleen Tong. Hi folks, If you would like to learn some exercises for bone loading and fracture prevention, join us on Thursday, May 15 from 7:15-9:00 pm at the Center for Self-Healing at 2218-48th Ave.(between Rivera and Santiago Streets) in San Francisco. If you have an exercise mat or yoga mat and stretch bands bring them. You will need them to do the exercises. I will try to have stretch bands available for sale (at cost). If you have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, or low bone density, it might be worth your while to attend. I am far from being any expert in this field, but I did attend bone loading/fracture prevention classes and have learned a few exercises for strengthening wrists, hips, upper, middle and lower back, which are the areas that tend to fracture. There may be two other people with me who will also share exercises to help you maintain optimal health. If you have exercises to share, please let me know. It would be great if we could help each other. There is no charge for this class. For directions or more information call the Center for Self Healing at 415-665-9574. Please RSVP if you plan to attend and let me know whether or not you have stretch bands and a mat. My phone number is 415-786-0361/my email is dtong Dorleen Dorleen Tong
