Guest guest
I eat soy foods in moderation. However, my friend, who is recovering from an estrogen-stoked case of breast cancer, has been advised by her holistic physician to try to avoid soy [along with a lot of other foods including white sugar]. She takes an anti estrogen medication and they are trying to limit phyto [and any other form of] estrogens. Like most vegetarians, I eat soy in moderation.
