The class will be offered on Sunday, May 25 at 5:00 p.m. Location is the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., will be the presenter. Ms. Koot, a graduate of Bauman College, is an accomplished presenter whose culinary artistry has been recognized on both sides of the Bay. Students will receive a custom cookbook, and will be treated to samples and demonstrations of specialized techniques. Tuition for the class is $50.00 plus a $10.00 materials fee. Special discount for members of SFVS: $35.00 tuition plus $10.00 materials fee. Space is limited.
