A Health and Spirituality workshop will be held on June 11 at 6 p.m. at

the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. This workshop will

explore incredible yet true stories of how dietary choices have

directly and powerfully affected spiritual awareness and vitality. A

vegan dinner is served in conjunction with the workshop. Free

admission, donations appreciated. Space is limited. To pre-register,
