After a long hiatus, Dave Goggin’s mostly-monthly dinner parties with guest

speakers are starting up again! Join us for a yummy vegan dinner, socialize with

old and new friends, and catch up on the latest news and gossip. After dinner,

we'll be entertained by Unity Nguyen, a noted bay area master of the dan tranh

(16-string Vietnamese zither) and the kora (West African 21-string harp). Unity

will give a talk about the instruments and music, and a mini-concert. Note: to

cover Ms. Nguyen's honorarium, a free will donation will be collected at the

dinner. The cost of the dinner itself will be split among participants; your own

dessert and drinks extra.
