Indian vega/Vegetrain Cooking Classes in Monterey

We will have cooking instruction, sampling and slides about India.

 

This is our sequence #7 of the Indian cooking class series.

 

There are 4 classes on dates June 28, July 12, July 26 & Aug 9.

Class timings are from 6-9PM.

 

You will need to get to Monterey to experience this event.

 

The complete set of 4 classes will cost $85

and each class will cost $ 25.

Our classes start with a short slide show of India,

while you sip tea and munch on fritters. Then we move to the

kitchen area and see actual cooking demos and sample 2 more recipes.

 

There will be handouts for all and easy explanations in English.

On one of the non-class Saturdays we will have a no-host field trip

to South Bay to the Indian stores and resturants.

 

We will have a mix of appetizers, and desserts from India.
