Ms. Koot will be sharing techniques in preparing a full menu of raw foods for every meal, including main dishes, breakfast offerings, side dishes, desserts, beverages, sauces and more. Students will receive a custom raw foods cookbook. Recipes, demonstrations and food samples will be shared. Tuition for the class is $50.00, plus a $10.00 materials fee.
