The heard the Chinese New Year dinner in February was a fabulous meal.  For all

those people, like me, who missed this great meal, please join me on

post-Chinese/Vietnamese New Year Dinner.  This is a rerun of the same exact menu

Thai Cucumber Salad,

Spicy Potato " Chicken " Curry,

Sautee Asparagus & Green Beans,

Sautee Garlic Green Bean Tofu,

 

 

*Golden Tofu (labor intensive, lots of prep work), and

 

 *Asparagus Soup.

by the way, the food at this restaurant is great, Lately, I don't know why, but

there's less and less people at the restaurant, can someone privately tell me

what's going on?

I want them to be around for a while.  They are not perfect, but they are way

better than the meat restaurants nearby

I don't know about you, but I find myself going out less and less.  .... plus I

usually have too much food at home.
