I got an email from Dan Brooks, Sociology Instructor at Cal State San

Jose. This Wed. evening at 6 p.m., the topic Professor Brooks will be

speaking on is, " Social Causes and Costs of Rising Food Prices. "

Vegan dinner begins at 6 p.m., followed by the presentation. Location

is the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. There is no

admission charge. Donations are appreciated. RSVP to 707-774-1904.
