SFVS: Urgently need volunteers for Filipino Arts Festival, Aug 9-10 at Metreon

Dearest volunteers, SFVS members and friends,

 

SFVS needs volunteers to promote a vegetarian lifestyle to the

Filipino community in San Francisco and Bay Area. This is a big two-

day celebration in the Filipino community. It is a FREE event which

is open to everyone. The event is located at the Yerba Buena Gardens

(beside Metreon theater) in SOMA 4th Street and Mission Street.

 

SFV needs volunteers to promote a vegetarian lifestyle by

distributing educational materials and information. You do not have

to be a Filipino to volunteer at this event. Filipinos in general

speak and understand English very well.

We need volunteers for the following shifts:

 

Saturday, August 9

10:00 am - 01:00 pm............2 openings

01:00 pm - 04:30 pm............2 openings

 

Sunday

10:00 am - 01:00 pm............2 openings

01:00 pm - 04:30 pm............2 openings
