Indeed, with the closure of Bok Choy Garden one of the few party rooms at vegetarian restaurants, so well suited to guest speakers, is gone. Whether the dinner parties with guest speakers can even be expected to continue as a monthly event is much in doubt. I still very much want to have David Caro-Greene discuss finance, present other controversial guest speakers, and show you several enjoyable and fascinating videos -- all in conjunction with yummy vegan food. I just don't know where we can realistically do that. I think we'll probably be doing more impromptu road trips instead. There may also be evening beach potluck parties including astronomy.
