By now most informed people meat know consumption and meat is horrible

for the environment and our health. Whether it be animal waste

contaminating our water or the now obvious health risks associated

with meat - it is curious why your farmers market > still permits meat

vendors, pushers. The U.S. health costs (disease costs) are now easily

over $2 trillion per year. And a former U.S. Surgeon General

attributed at least 69% of those costs to diet. With that in mind it

would be prudent to put meat consumption in the same category as

cigarettes and ban this toxic product from a venue promoting farmers

and health.
