Whether it be animal waste contaminating our water or the now obvious health risks associated with meat - it is curious why your farmers market > still permits meat vendors, pushers. The U.S. health costs (disease costs) are now easily over $2 trillion per year. And a former U.S. Surgeon General attributed at least 69% of those costs to diet. With that in mind it would be prudent to put meat consumption in the same category as cigarettes and ban this toxic product from a venue promoting farmers and health.
