A BIG THANK YOU

I would like to offer a big THANK YOU to all of the SFVS members,

planners, and participants at World Vegetarian Day this weekend.

Janet, you were a FABULOUS help in coordinating demos, running around

and doing logistics, and being a big support for those who needed that

support.

For Joseph, who provided the schedule and the planning know-how to get

it all together, and for Dixie Mahy who invited me to participate. I

had a wonderful time meeting those who were interested in what I had

to offer. I shared my passion of cultural Raw Jewish Food, and I fed

those who appreciated my take on raw.

 

I would love to do this again, certainly to expand on raw, but most

importantly to continue to stay focused on what World Vegetarian Day

is all about.
