They are open cause during the 1st and 15th of the Chinese calendar month,

Buddhist folks make a point to eat vegetarian food. I wish they were 100% veg,

but they are not.

 

So, Oct 13, is the 15th of the Calendar month.

Unfortunately, I know many Buddhists that have no interest in vegetarian food.

I belong to some men only Buddhist organizations and there may be one vegetarian

in the group. I always stick out because I am a vegetarian.
