On October 25th from 10:00 am-1:00 pm, she will demonstrate five

fantastic dishes featuring international favorites, including *Potato

Latkes, Scotch Broth (Hearty Scottish Stew), Cuban Black Bean Soup,

Mexican Champurrado (Thick Hot Chocolate), and Irish Soda Bread.

uncomplicated recipes, debunk myths regarding plant-based eating, and

advance), plus $5 food/materials fee (due on day of class). There are

discounts for signing up for three classes at a time. Fees include

and local groceries, resources and much more.
