Mushroom Almond Pate 2. Pumpkin Seed Cheeze 3. Cherry Almond Cheeze 4. Garlic Tofu Dip 5. Natural Cranberry Sauce 6. Nut Raisin Spread 7. Healthy ¢¾ Butter 8. Golden Cheeze Sauce 9. Boursin des l¡¯Haricots 10. Meatless, Vegan Cheese Balls 11. Holiday Wild Rice 12. Red & Green Coconut Lime Salad 13. Carob Mint Truffles 14. Chiffon Pumpkin Pie with almond pie crust 15. No-Bake Carob Almond Cheezecake with Black Bottom Crust Recipes for each item, as well as other holiday dishes, will be included in the custom cookbook which will be given to students. The class is presented by Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., certified Nutrition Educator. Location is the Mission Station Community Room, 630 Valencia St., San Francisco. Tuition is $45.00 plus $10.00 materials fee.
