Some are laying off workers, reducing hours/services, or closing altogether. So, if we can afford to, we need to patronize and support veg restaurants, businesses, and organizations to show support, thereby keeping them going and growing. My cooking classes and dinner/concert series are still going well, fortunately. Milleneum is offering some great prices which is great for us consumers but it shows they are in serious trouble. Unfortunately we are going to see many businesses folding in the near future.
