RaYs-Mandala invites you to join us

for monthly Raw Vegan Potluck

 

On Friday 19th, 6pm-9.30pm

at yoga Society Of SF

An Evening of meditation, sharing,conscious

eating and poetry

( please bring

poetry written by you or your favorite poet)

 

 

 

 

If you are coming for the potluck bring raw vegan food for

10-15 people .

If you can not bring food but want to come, " Come with smile and open

heart " and.. donate

some

money to help defray the costs!
