P.S: This is what part of the alphabet would look like if 'Q' & 'R'

were eliminated...

....practice senseless acts of randomness...

Ron Paul is aware and taking action for liberty. Sounds like Codex

Alimentarius's aiming. They've been trying to shut down raw milk

persistently. If you value raw milk or choosing what you eat without

someone telling you, consider

giving a call. Someone said a call represents about 10,000 people.

I've been personally enjoying raw milk from a local farm for quite a

few years now; if you don't know the benefits of raw vs. corporate

milk Organic Pastures website is a good place to start.

For America's sake, let it flow!

Raw milk builds consumer health and immunity, and creates good-paying

jobs in small communities across America.

Where raw milk is produced, farmers and consumers are both wealthy and

healthy. Small raw milk dairies are an excellent example of local

business that strengthens the economy from the grassroots up.

Let's stay involved and get raw milk flowing throughout the U.S.

These committee members need a call from you:

Anna Eshoo - (202) 225-8104

Lois Capps - (202) 225-3601

Jane Harman - (202) 225-8220

Tell them that in California we are free to buy safe, tested raw milk

at more than 400 stores. Our friends and relatives living in

surrounding states cannot access this same raw milk supply. The safety

of raw milk is not affected by its physical location. If it is safe in

Los Angeles or Tahoe it is still safe in Reno or Las Vegas.

Statement Introducing HR 778

Legislation Allowing Interstate Shipment of Unpasteurized Milk

Congressman Ron Paul

United States House of Representatives

January 29, 2009

Madame Speaker, I rise to introduce legislation that allows the

shipment and distribution of unpasteurized milk and milk products for

human consumption across state lines. This legislation removes an

unconstitutional restraint on farmers who wish to sell or otherwise

distribute, and people who wish to consume, unpasteurized milk and

milk products. My office has heard from numerous people who would like

to obtain unpasteurized milk. Many of these people have done their own

research and come to the conclusion that unpasteurized milk is

healthier than pasteurized milk. These Americans have the right to

consume these products without having the federal government second-

guess their judgment about what products best promote health. If there

are legitimate concerns about the safety of unpasteurized milk, those

concerns should be addressed at the state and local level. I urge my

colleagues to join me in promoting consumers' rights, the original

intent of the Constitution, and federalism by cosponsoring my

legislation to allow the interstate shipment of unpasteurized milk and

milk products for human consumption.
