Guest guest Posted February 19, 2009 Report Share Posted February 19, 2009 Hi Folks, We will have our Weeds for Food and Medicine Walk on Sunday, March 8. It's the Sunday after our potluck. The walk will be in the Presidio in SF. We will meet at 10:00 am at the Inspiration Point Overlook. There is ample public transportation to California and Arguello St. (#1,2,4,33 buses goes there). Call 311 for connections to these buses. At California and Arguello walk north along Arguello toward the Presidio.You will get to the ARGUELLO GATE after about 3 or 4 blocks. Enter the ARGUELLO GATE and continue on Arguello Street. After a very short distance you will see the INSPIRATION POINT OVERLOOK on your right. If you are driving, enter thru the Arguello Gate and continue to the Inspiration Point Overlook. There is ample parking at the Overlook. You can download a map of the Presidio trails by going to www.presidio.gov/experiences/trails The walk will be cancelled if there is rain.
