she guides you to health over a FIVE (5) DAY Intensive program to help you lose

weight, set goals, learn skills to help you Eat to Live! Participants in our

pilot November, 2008 program in Alameda, CA loved it! Each day we'll go through

a different health lecture topic, food preparation classes and Q & A while eating

the food we made that day! It's a whole lot of fun, community support and
