Here it is: Vegan lasagna made with a blend of three home-made vegan cheeses. The vegetable side dish is kale three ways, including kale and 'ricotta' vegan cheese, in addition to a springtime white bean kale ragu with special broth, and an Italian maffaleta sandwich on assorted olive breads, spread with kale pesto and assorted marinated vegetables. Also featured will be antipasti including grilled eggplant, grilled onion, artichokes and olives. In addition will be a special non-alcoholic cranberry cocktail, and homemade lemon chiffon vegan pie.
