Thursday, May 7th -- 7 pm -- Cafe Gratitude in Oakland This free, one hour information session will introduce you to the benefits of eating more raw foods. It will give you nutritional background, and clear steps to help you feel great. You will learn what raw, vegan foods are all about and why they are important for optimal health.
