El Cerrito del Norte Bart is 1/2 mile walk. (Other renter walks there daily.) The house has a good energy, one and a half bath, double glazing, modern kitchen, pretty garden front and back and helpful/kind neighbours. We are both meditators and prefer a professional non smoking lady over 40, preferably on a spiritual path.
