Que SeRaw SeRaw is hosting a 3-hour class on " SPROUTING " Saturday, June 27, starting at 3pm for $60 (includes a snack) Presented by Robin Silberman It's a " how-to " on all aspects of growing sprouts in soil, in water, - grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. This class is informational and not hands-on and there will be samples of all of the sprouts, seeds, etc. Robin studied with Ann Wigmore in the mid '80s in Boston, and again with her in 1991 in Puerto Rico, when she became her secretary, writing and editing some of her writings, and preparing work for publication. (She's a tech writer by profession) and has been a mainstay in the SF LiFE (San Francisco Living Foods Enthusiasts) Group. Most of the classes she's taught have been associated with people from this group, over the course of some 20 years. She mainly teaches according to Dr. Ann's philosophy and practice.
