The vendor at U.N. Plaza (Civic Center) has been cited for about 700 violations by Animal Care & Control in the last few month (though most of them have been dismissed because ACC was incorrectly citing the live animal market law which exempts poultry) , but City officials have not taken appropriate steps to control him for some reason. It will air on Channel 4 at 5:30 pm tonight (Monday).
