If so have you received their latest electronic newsletter mentioning H F-W's wish to have a low impact on the environment? I've replied: 'He'd make a much lower impact on the environment if he didn't serve meat, fish and dairy products at River Cottage!' Perhaps if others do likewise, in your own words, the people at Good Energy will get the message even if they don't pass it on to Mr F-W.
