Come join Compassionate Cooks founder Colleen Patrick-Goudreau as she

celebrates the recent release of her new cookbook /The Vegan Table/.

Filled with delicious menus for any entertaining occasion, /The Vegan

Table /is a fabulous addition to any kitchen. Colleen will be joined by

Kellogg Food and Society Policy Fellow Bryant Terry, who is also

celebrating the release of his cookbook/ Vegan Soul Kitchen/. The

evening will feature booksigning, analysis and discussion of current

food justice issues, and samples of their new recipes that demonstrate

how deliciousness need not be lost for food to be ethical.
