Guest guest Posted June 16, 2009 Report Share Posted June 16, 2009 Hi Folks, Our next potluck is on Sunday, July 5 at 1:00 pm at 630 Valencia Street (at 17th St.) The potluck is held in the Mission Police Station community room. Our presenter will be Janie Wong. Janie is a reflexologist and registered nurse with On Lok Senior Center. Janie will share some useful self help techniques on how to keep your body healthy. She will also give free demos on her Bemer 3000 device. The Bemer 3000 assists the body in maintaining optimum health with bio-electric currents. The potluck is free to members who bring a raw vegan potluck enough to serve 10-12 and $3 for non-members with a potluck dish. If you do not bring a potluck you will have to pay an additional $8 for lunch. Be sure to bring your own plate and utensils or make a 50 cent donation fora paper plate and disposable utensils.
