Patricia has provided the menu for the Father's Day theme banquet this Wed.,

June 17 at the Red Vic. It will include warmed dates stuffed with vegan pecan

cream cheese, boursin vegan cheese served with gluten-free crackers, assorted

crudites, fresh leaf lettuce salad, hazelnut and cabbage slaw, roasted red and

gold potatoes, swiss steaks made from homemade wheat gluten with vege-thickened

tomato gravy, coconut creme and fresh fruit ambrosia dessert, organic fruit

juices and organic kombucha to drink. After the dinner, enjoy Dr. Michael

Edelstein, Ph.D. and his co-author sharing about their new book, 'How to

Overcome Stage Fright,' with real-life examples from famous people in showbiz.

AND, the drawing!! You won't want to miss a chance at the mystery prize!!
