Dear Wonderful Volunteers, The Gay Pride Parade (the official name is LGBT Pride, right?) is coming up on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday June 28, and the San Francisco Vegetarian Society will have a booth with educational materials and some vegan samples for the multitudes. We hope we can make a difference for our wonderful cause -- helping people to decide to stop eating animals and to eat a healthy vegan diet. The shifts are as follows: Saturday, June 27: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (1 volunteer needed at this point) 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (2 volunteers) 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (2 volunteers) Sunday, June 28: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (2 volunteers) 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (2 volunteers) 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (2 volunteers) I don't know the exact location of our booth just yet, but I'll contact you with all the details as the event approaches.
