Volunteers Needed for Gay Pride Booth of SFVS

Booth Location: D7: Grove St (between Larkin & Hyde)

 

Dear Wonderful Volunteers,

 

The Gay Pride Event is coming up on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday June 28, and

the San Francisco Vegetarian Society will have a booth with educational

materials and thousands of vegan COOKIES for the multitudes. We have 3,000 vegan

cookies to distribute for free for both days.

 

We hope we can make a difference for our wonderful cause -- helping people to

decide to stop eating animals and to eat a healthy vegan diet.

 

The shifts are as follows:

 

Saturday, June 27:

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (1 volunteer needed at this point)

1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (2 volunteers)

4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (2 volunteers)

 

Sunday, June 28:

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (2 volunteers)

1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (2 volunteers)

4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (2 volunteers)

P.S. We may have to shut down our booth if we do not get enough volunteer sign

trained by Nancy for the outreach.
