Guest guest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Share Posted June 26, 2009 The first potluck and organizing meeting for a new fellowship group will be Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Room, Mission Station, 630 Valencia St., San Francisco. Bring food to serve 10 (vegan dishes preferred). RSVP 415-885-2251 or 707-774-1904. If you are unable to attend this first meeting but would like to be informed of future meetings, contact the same numbers. The purpose is to provide fellowship, potlucks, and study groups for Christian vegetarians and anyone interested in attending. Since this is the first meeting, there will be a lively discussion o future activities including workshops and study groups on vegetarian aspects of the Old and New Testament plus the Essenes and early church leaders. We will also discuss how to vegetize the Christian community. *The Christian Vegetarian Fellowship is not affiliated with any vegetarian society, wellness organization or specific Christian denomination.
