July 1, 6 p.m. at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., SF: United States of America : Colonial to post-modern – a vegan+ interpretation GLUTEN-free, organic, fresh, whole-food emphasis - plant-based meal (i.e., meat, fish, egg, dairy & honey free) ...and soy, oil & sugar- free cooking.
