says exercise and diet are the king and queen of good health.

 

How much exercise do you need?  According to guidelines

set by the US government, 90 minutes a day.

 

What?!!  90 Minutes?!!

 

Can you believe that? Why 90 minutes? Because most

people eat the fat, salt and sugar-enhanced Standard

American Diet, and in order to compensate for all those

unneeded, unhealthy calories, you have to burn baby burn.
